Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

CalorPad is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
